Cambridge (Matangi) solar farm progress update

Things are progressing quickly on the Cambridge (Matangi) solar farm.

It’s an exciting time on site, with multiple workstreams underway. Piling is now complete, and crews are making great progress installing framing and solar panels.

The framing system features Nextpower tracker technology, allowing the panels to follow the sun throughout the day and maximise energy production.

The site team is now more than halfway through framing installation, with more than 20% of the solar modules already in place. The installation crew has reached a rate of more than 1,000 solar modules installed in a single day on multiple occasions, an impressive achievement that reflects the hard work and dedication of everyone on site.
